Diana Cannon

Diana’s design portfolio exemplifies her passion for elegance and an adherence to the principles of proper balance, scale, and proportion. Her projects embrace current design trends while delivering lifestyle functionality.

Before forming Modern Stage, Diana co-founded a successful New York City design firm, which she operated for more than 20 years.

Diana is also a residential developer who has successfully constructed, designed and staged properties throughout Westchester county.  Her ability to accurately assess competitive listings and generate comparative market analysis allows her to identify and implement the most effective strategies for staging.

Diana has maintained a New York State real estate license since 2004 and is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR) with direct access to MLS.

Patricia Cozine

A celebrated fashion designer, Patricia brings a chic, yet timeless perspective to the interior design world.  A lifelong love of beautiful fabrics and a talent for interweaving textures and colors to create complex and interesting room designs, has earned her a loyal following. 

A graduate of New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology and a creator of her own luxury, Paris-based brand, Patricia credits her understanding of color psychology with her ability to choose just the right shades and hues in interior design.

Patricia’s background in fashion design has enhanced the success and detail oriented perspective of Modern Stage.
